We chose this property because our daughter lives in an apartment complex next door. We checked in a little later than we had planned and found ourselves in a time crunch for our evening plans. When we got to the room, we immediately could tell they gave us the wrong room. We had booked a studio suite and we received just a regular room. We didn't have time to address this and just put our items in the room. We got back late that night and just went to bed with the plan to address the issue in the morning with the front desk,The next morning, we discovered our shower was broken. We went to the front desk to check out and to inform them of the two different problems. We were told, we would have to address the issue with Expedia as that is who we booked with. As to the shower issue, it was just a "we will have maintenance look at it," response.
The property is very nice looking, but be warned, the walls are paper thin. Further, our door didn't quite close correctly, so you could basically see out into the hallway through a gap in the frame. This was not a good experience. We are Hilton Honors members and I feel there was little to no effort put in to understand the mistakes we experienced during our stay..
