I was here for education and stayed outside of the hotel my school suggested. I am so glad I made that decision. The facility is beautiful. It is away from the loud traffic and seated next to some amazing restaurants. The hotel was clean, and I mean above and beyond Covid-19 standards. Everything was immaculate. My best times were early mornings with Zo. Even during night shift, he is just the brightest sun ever. He's so fun and upbeat with all of the guests and he truly takes pride in his work. Everyone at the hotel is wonderful but most of my interactions with staff happened before 0600. I would definitely stay again.

Not so hidden gem
I was here for education and stayed outside of the hotel my school suggested. I am so glad I made that decision. The facility is beautiful. I had booked a 2 bed studio suite for me and my adult son when I checked in they tried to give me a small regular room I explained that was not what I booked she told me that the room I booked was unavailable it was available at the time I booked the last 1 she told me that the information on Expedia was incorrect I told her she needed to contact Expedia and update info she acted like that was my job I had to remind her who the customer was she ended up finding a room that would work for us only one bed though I noticed when checking in they had a sign stating they will be charging $?? per car per night to park ( booking says free parking ) I said I used Uber I am not paying $25 to park anywhere! for that price I could camp at a state park or a KOA with water and electric, swimming pool and no bed bugs like the bugs in Hampton Inn we counted at least 3 one was crawling on my son while we were watching tv they also had some kind of horrible overwhelming air freshener pumping in the vents of the room smelled like someone snuck in grandma's perfume draw common areas dirty carpet in stairs worn and filthy got stuck in traffic and called for late check out and she still locked me out of the room with my belongings inside she also said for future to book direct instead of through Expedia I told her for future reference I will go somewhere else P.S. breakfast was LAME corona is not stopping hotels from charging full price anymore time to get back to full customer service overcome!

Stay at Hampden Inn in the DTC
Cleanliness was GREAT! Staff was super. Hand sanitizer stations were placed at all elevators. Our bed seemed really hard. Wish it was softer. All the pillows were feather/down and it can be problematic for people, like us.
