"Nice room, friendly staff who were very helpful."

"The staff were so very nice and helpful. Can’t say that enough! The hotel itself is getting a little run down, windows weathered (Oceanside view) beds squeaky and little lumpy, but not terrible. The parking is tough for large pickup trucks not to be in the way, but spots are close to room. In-room coffee is not very good and they skimp on the coffee creamer. The place was very clean, quiet and safe. We would stay again, on the off season as cost during summer is pretty high for what you get. Will say again staff was wonderful! "

"It’s a bit dated but great hotel. Right on the beach. The staff at the front desk was very nice and I was super impressed by the cleaning staff. We didn’t have towels in our room at check in and the head of the cleaning came to our room greeted us and apologized than brought us towels. When we ran into her the next day she asked if there was anything she could do for us. Very friendly polite staff, would definitely stay again just from the staff experience. "

"Never stayed in Newport before this wasn't that but the AC didn't work well and the only table in the room was wobbling. Not enough plug ins for Electronics other then that was a great place and great location "
