“It was our first time visiting here, we travelled as a family with kids (7 and 11) and our Dog. What a great place to stay! We came here without expectations and we found ourselves already planning our return. Plenty of things to do! Tennis / Pickle ball courts, board games room, Basketball court and a playground (Although this could use some love as they were rusty). Plenty of places to walk your dog and doggy stations with bags in many different places. Rooms are a bit dated, more leaning……

“Front desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bright lights on the back of the building. The darkening shades were no match for those lights.”

“Breakfast had more options when I stayed here last time. This time breakfast options were not available and it’s was just milk, oats and hot chocolate. Need to work on the breakfast menu.”

“The people at the front desk were friendly but one guy gave us the wrong info re: the shuttle. We had to call and then filled him in afterwards. The room was pretty dirty. Debris on the floor, around the edges and in the tub. The window latch was broken so we couldn’t open it. The windows were very dirty, we couldn’t see the ocean. The wooden stairs were uneven and felt rickety. We were excited to stay here by the pictures on line but we’d likely never go back.”

“This is a quaint little place, with a lot of character and very clean. Excellent beach access. Some road noise but other than that very quiet. However, I did not find the value in the facilities--ocean view from room not what I expected, and room furnishings old and mismatched. I only stayed one of my two nights paid. I would rate this a 3 out of 5.”

“This was our first stay at a BnB and I was a little nervous about it but the host of the place made our experience outstanding. The place has all the amenities one can find in a hotel, a gorgeous ocean view, an amazing homemade breakfast ( German pancakes with various homemade sauces and jams were out of this world), but most importantly you feel at home. Would gladly come back!”

“the rooms were very spacious we had an excellent view the bed was very comfortable the wood floors were awsome easy to clean and the shower was amazing just alittle short. the stairs were kinda steep but that was about the only problem, we had an excellent stay there and absolutely would stay again”
