"I love staying at the Elisabeth. Only negitive is the smell in the hall ways. They need to either clean the carpet or change the type of carpet freshner used. Smells like stinky socks. The room was good though."

"From the moment we arrived on 1/10/26 we were blown away by the hospitality. The male receptionist who greeted us was phenomenal—the best I’ve encountered. Since we were visiting from out of town, he took the time to curate a list of incredible recommendations for us to visit on our drive home. It truly added a personal touch to our trip. The room was extremely comfortable, leading to an amazing night's sleep, and the breakfast was a fantastic the next morning. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great value and even better service! "

"The room was the cleanest I've ever stayed in. All of the staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, pool guys, everyone we encountered. Even one of the maintenance/grounds (?) staff offered to help us bring things to our room. I have really never experienced staff who seem happy to go above and beyond. Our shower backed up really badly on the last day though. We got towels delivered to us very quickly to help mop up while we were trying to pack, and we got some compensation for the room as well. We brought our dog and the accommodations for him were great as well. "
