Katie was very helpful. we went a day ahead to spend one ex day on the coast. had to check out of the hotel at 11AM and she knew this and let us check into the house at 11AM worked out so good. "Beautiful home fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room for my whole family and very easy access to the beach. There is a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is trimming the bushes and trees by the hot tub. They are beautiful but the leaves are easily tracked into the hot tub.
