The main floor is open concept and features an executive chef's kitchen set up for entertaining. All the gear you need for cooking as well as the gadgets and appliances are in house. It also boasts a 6-burner VIKING gas range. Also, there are 4 bedrooms and access to the 40' deck with hot tub. The deck and back yard have plenty of seating, a dining table for 6, a grill, the hot tub, additional seating, a fire pit, a 2-person swing and more! Bike paths connecting you to Des Moines extensive trail system are minutes away as well.
The lower level is set up for fun! Ping pong, pool table, NFL Blitz (4-player), Golden Tee (4-player), NBA Jams (4-player) and darts are all at your disposal. There is also a huge sectional couch that seats 12, a bar with bar stools, and 75" tv for your viewing pleasure. We also offer some of the best of board and card games, Jenga, a 4-foot tall Connect Four, and Giant Yatzy! Not to mention another full kitchen and bar! BONUS-I OWN AN APT COMPLEX 12 MINUTES AWAY- At the Four Seasons Apartments in Des Moines Iowa- THERE, YOU CAN USE THE INDOOR POOL in the winter , OUTDOOR POOL in the summer AND TWO-LEVEL CLUBHOUSE WITH GYM, SAUNA, ANOTHER POOL TABLE, ETC.. The last pictures posted for this property show the indoor pool and the pics following that are of the clubhouse adjoining the pool. This is at no additional charge and its just 12 minutes away! Open 9am to 9m daily.

I love to make people happy and that exactly what my properties are designed for. I'm a landlord by trade. I have apartment complexes and rental homes. Then six years ago I created my first vacation rental property, and it grew from there. I offer vacation rentals because it's fun! Making sure groups are set up to have a blast is a challenge that I find very rewarding. I take this seriously. Being a big kid at heart, I make it my mission to deliver the fun for kids- also being one who appreciates nice things, I deliver comfort and attention to detail for the adults.
