"The only thing that eased the trip was the classy and wonderful treatment from the reception staff.
They were truly excellent.
However, the hotel is far below its rating. The villa we stayed in was gloomy and in need of maintenance. Honestly, it was a shock.
But as I mentioned above, the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff made it more bearable.
We stayed for the night, but we will not repeat this experience at this hotel again."
