"All staff is nice and willing. Unfortunately the property itself seems to be left in disrepair. The worst part is the lack of a proper restaurant/chef: food quality is below par. Breakfast is appalling, very little choice and poor quality. Definitely, as it is now, not a 5 star hotel."

Front office told me I was on Bed only while I had booked BB only for them to confirm that I was indeed on BB on check out and I had already made my own alternative arrangements for breakfast during the week. "The hotel staff were helpful. I was given a heater without asking for one. The splut system didn't work and it was cold. The hotel was not located within walking distance of anything of interest. "

"2 days before check in ( I stayed in the Colbert , very recommended and a lot cheaper ) I checked if the room would be ready upon ma arrival day . Arriving in the room : empty minibar , no bottle of water in the room , no water heater to prepare tea ( was promised , like a welcome drink ). No breakfast include . The above is not a problem at all , but paying 105 Euro ( Hotel Colbert was 67 incl. a super breakfast and all spa facilities ). I would not recommend this hotel without any facility...

"The hotel is in an excellent location with many banks and restaurants in the vicinity. It was also very handy yo have a taxi rank outside the hotel which made getting about very easy. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional and I felt they did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed in a suite which was large and had a good sized bathroom with large bathtub and separate walk in shower. The normal bathroom toiletries were provided. The room was cleaned...
