"Nothing as described on your website . Not a deluxe room No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist...

"The good: staff deserves five gold stars for service, efforts and friendliness. Breakfast is great, enough choices. One of the staff managers Samir was going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Professional skills, friendliness and a great sense of humor really made him a star of the show.
