“A very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor. Room was spacious and again well appointed with all you need, tea/coffee making, flat screen tv, fridge with water snd plenty sockets/ USB charge points. Highly recommend.”

“The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good with different options. The hotel is a little bit far from the ferry pier, it takes about 25 mins to walk there. If you have luggage, you'd better call a taxi, the taxi fare is reasonable anyway. ”

“Warm welcome, enjoyed delicious breakfast and nice chat with owners each morning. Facilities in good condition and well maintained. Decorated intentionally making guests a home stay feel. Near bus stop and promenade, also walkable distance to main streets and dock. To nitpick, there’s creaky sound walking on the wooden floor.”

“Lovely property at the old mill, quiet with a character. Initial mishap was dealt with promptly with no issues. Ideal place for a long weekend.”

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. 3. Breakfast provided a reasonable selection of choices. 4.My single room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. We were so impressed with the Hotel we've booked to stay again in September.. the only negative was that there was no lift, which made things slightly difficult for us but manageable Thank you to everyone who made our stay so pleasant . ”
