“Hotel strikes you on first sight as "older". We arrived in the afternoon and wandered around reception for 10 minutes after being told by a lady behind the desk it would only be a moment while the only other person on duty was on the phone. There was no one else in the property. I left, went back to the car and considered going somewhere else. Came back in, and was ignored while the two behind the counter had a conversation. Finally got checked in. Later, went to the bar, sat down, and...

“The view was great, but the appartment itself was a little outdated. We had a very windy night and there was a cold draught inside due to the leak single-pane glass. The floor was really sticky all over the room, but the kitchen has well assorted tools.”

“Lovely quite spot a stones throw from the beach. Easy to drive to St Helens for supplies. Accommodation is well equipped and clean. Would highly recommend having a pizza and beer at the Seaside Hub which is virtually next door. Would definitely stay here again.”
