"I checked in at 10 pm (booked a room for 4 people) and needed to leave by 4:30am. As soon as we got to the room we saw there were only 3 towels and called housekeeping. It took 3 calls and more than 1 hour to get a towel delivered. "

"It was clearly an old hotel. The rooms were not as luxurious as I usually like them to be. But given the price and location, I would stay there again for a quick overnight. They allowed us to check in as early as 10 AM and we paid a bit extra for a late checkout."
