“They are so professional and with wonderful hospitality. The breakfast/meals there were great. The facilities were in very good condition. The whole hotel is very elegant and delightful. They also provide free shuttle service that saved us a lot of time and taxi expenses. Overall, it was a good decision for me to choose this hotel for our Toledo visit.”

“We were merely passing through during the pandemic so don't wish to venture in Madrid so stayed here which is just outside. Again, travelling during the pandemic can be nerve racking but we received a friendly welcome when all the do's and don't were clearly explained. The hotel food and drink really surprised us. Really really good and unbelievable value for money. My only slight criticism was the twin beds were adjoining but I nearly fell between them during the night!”
