AC was great… but I also never got my hotels.com VIP silver bonuses… such as free drinks or discount to park so that’s why it left me lacking… paid for extras and didn’t get them."

"Loved the style of Pauli, beautiful interior and breakfast was great. Unfortunately the building is not sound proof. There were people in the courtyard late and kids running through the hall after 11pm. Didn’t sleep well due to all the noise. Bathroom in suite could have also been cleaned better, especially the white grout. "
