Talked first to her husband and he didn't believe in the price we got hoss hotels.com but that we would still get a free room upgrade and free first drink (which was also advertised). Service is friendly but you will have to ask when you need something as they won’t impose.
One negative are the acoustics as you can pretty much hear whats going on in and outside the hotel. So if you’re sensitive to noise like bikes riding by at night, either bring ear plugs or choose a different hotel.
