"Great place!"

"- fantastic to get picked up at the train station by the hotel staff. They were there and waiting for us when our train arrived and helped with the luggage - evening bar had a gentleman playingnthe piano which was very nice. Other bar and staffvservice was just average. - great breakfast with coffee waiting each morning in decent size pots. Foor selection and quality were a great positive. They will even make you a lunch to go for hiking if you request it. - location is pefext for those looking to see the most around the park and to get in great hikes or sights. Plenty of options for bus, boat, or train for gerltting to where you are going. - included entry to the therme (5 minute walk) was unexpexted and we used it several times. - room was a little disappointing. Bed was comfortable; not many towels; no free plugs causing us to unplug a lamp in order to charge devices AND.. no coffee or coffee pot. Felt this was a big letdown for the price and what was expected. Overall a great spot I would not be disappointed to stay on again. "

"The location was outside of Dresden city centre but we actually preferred this as it was green and quiet. There is a bus stop right outside and buses came every 15 mins going further towards the centre or the SBahn (trains). Rooms were big. It would be nice if the double room had a tea facility like the 4 bed. It was great that you could actually open the window to let a fresh breeze in. There was also the option of aircon. Lots to eat at the breakfast buffet. We did not try the spa, all in all enjoyed our stay!"

"Very good and cosy hotel! Nice and clean room, equipped with everything you could need. Two things that could be improved: please, change the pillows, they are terrible; and also don't charge for the coffee in the room - it is indeed bad practice. Everything else ir perfect and I would recommend this hotel for everyone, who does not need to stay in the center of Dresden."

"Pretty aweful. Bad WiFi ensured my onward progress is delayed. Hotel reception run by a youth who had greasy, dirty hands from repairing a car when I arrived. Difficulty booking in, difficulty in getting a meal. I eventually found ths chef who gave me a menu. Hotel owner/manager appeared for 10 min at 8pm to tell an expedia arrival she had to pay up front for her room or else. I'd have told him to stick his room. Parking, I was told to park offsite. They clearly have arepaorbusiness going on. Needs an inspection by the local authorities as the room was electrically unsafe as a 230V socket was black and falling off the wall."
