"First night in Albania, I arrived well past midnight due to delays with my journey from London. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they assured me someone would be there to meet me, which they were. This is a luxury hotel (and Art gallery!) with breathtaking views over the city, as well as a wide array of wellness services which I sadly did not have time to experience. The staff are so lovely and made me feel very welcome, especially the reception staff. They all speak perfect English and couldn't be more helpful. They even booked me a taxi on my departure and ensured the price was fair for me. The bar and restaurant are also fantastic, high quality ingredients. Couldn't recommend more. "It was a great stay at relax inn. My friends and I enjoyed the experience. The staff were extremely friendly and the environment was really nice. The only challenge we had was that one of the rooms (Room 101 to be precise) had a constant smell in the parlour which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than this, it was really an amazing stay."

"The property was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Located right on the beach, it offered easy access to nearby restaurants and local supermarkets. Breakfast was enjoyable, though I personally found the selection repetitive after a couple of days. Parking was available, and while the local bus service wasn’t very frequent, it was accessible. The booking was reasonably priced and budget-friendly. The shower had excellent water pressure and stayed hot—perfect for long, relaxing showers. Overall, I had a great experience. I’d definitely consider staying again, although I also enjoy exploring other options."
