" Fantastic central hotel, incredibly good food in the restaurant, and the breakfast was outstanding! You ordered breakfast from a menu and received plenty of food. Coffee, juice, water, and bread with butter and jam were also free, as well as a generous slice of cake. The hotel was very clean, the room was spotless, and they make amazing drinks at great prices"

"First night in Albania, I arrived well past midnight due to delays with my journey from London. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they assured me someone would be there to meet me, which they were. This is a luxury hotel (and Art gallery!) with breathtaking views over the city, as well as a wide array of wellness services which I sadly did not have time to experience. The staff are so lovely and made me feel very welcome, especially the reception staff. They all speak perfect English and couldn't be more helpful. They even booked me a taxi on my departure and ensured the price was fair for me. The bar and restaurant are also fantastic, high quality ingredients. Couldn't recommend more.
