"Place was the worse place I have stayed on my trip. Hotel room was a dumb. Fridge was frozen, picture frame were broken, tv remote was broken, dresser drawers were broken, place smelled, and they were bugs crawling in the bed. Went to the office and complained and I was told sorry is I was unhappy I should have came back instead of getting food and eating it in the place. Was told should have looked over the place first. "Aside from the room needing a slight upgrade, the bathroom smelled wet due to not having vents to remove the steam after showering, I had to go out and purchase a plug in. The hotel was nice & quiet. Excellent location to Universal, lots of amenities for a seven year old, she especially liked the ice cream parlor and splash pad. I will stay again. Bathroom needs upgrading for sure. "
