"Overall our 8 night stay was excellent. Everyone on staff was pleasant, courteous and professional even to the point of remembering our names. The only discordant note was the shrieking children. We’d read of this in other reviews but didn’t realize how pervasive it is. Very much a family resort, with lots of activities and amenities."

"Dining room staff was outstanding. We had the best food of our 2 week trip at the Royal M breakfast, but the outstanding rating is for the staff. We had children with us who were not well behaved. The staff helped us by putting us in a sequestered area, and the 2nd day they remembered our preferences for coffees and other food items. Your reception check-in/out was also smooth and easy for us. We asked for and received adjoining rooms and a 3rd room across the hall. They obviously wanted us to be happy with our stay, and we were. The only disappointment was that the female jacuzi was out of service. Everything else was good. Thank you to all your staff at the Royal M Fujairah."
