"Very Poor Service.lots of improvement needed in service aspect.Front desk staff needs more training.Please keep hallway lights on.Do not save energy bill at the cost of comfort.It is dark .I mentioned it to your staff and a manager both.still it wasn't taken care of.when guest asks you to tidy up the room, please replenish toiletries etc.TV remotes.don't work.Do Pest control please.. Lizard came to room in the middle of the night...

They even went out of the way to pack homestyle cooked food with no extra cost looking at their age. Really admirable. My family and I are fans of the Hyatt chain and always pick it as the first choice when travelling in India.
A special thanks to Sidharth (duty manager) who communicated very nicely and efficiently when I rang for help.
An even big thank you to Khushboo who sorted out the problem of WiFi in our room which was not working. Even though it was late in the evening she transferred us to an amazing excellent room !!
Even though we only stayed for one night after a long flight we had a fantastic time.
