“Rooms are large but a bit weathered. Can use some upgrades. They don’t give you hand towels. You have to ask for them. Air conditioner in room is noisy. Sink was leaking. Reported it but it was not addressed. Grounds are nice. Pool is large. Beach area was dirty. They need to keep it clean. They need more trash bins around the property. ”

“The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food.”

Meaning that the shower head needed to be serviced because some of the sprinklers holes were clogged. And the dresser drawers were hard to open and closed. Other than that every thing is good.Oh and the Resturant Evelyn needs to train their servers to learn what’s on their menu instead of going back and forth to answer simple questions like for example.
