"The newly built rooms are very good, but the room service is pathetic. We got our dinner to the room in 1.5 hrs after calling multiple times. We read similar reviews previously as well. Also, the restaurant has 2 parts, the older one is not maintained. The table cloths and chairs were dirty which felt unhygienic. The buffet options were also very limited."

"Quiet retreat atmosphere. But also not located near anything so a bit isolated. You get your own casita with your own patio. Beautiful except for shower/tub which is difficult to access if you have mobility issues. Apart from that perfect. Breakfast is perfectly fine but not amazing as it is in other 5 star hotels. Coorg food is restaurant was great. Dont order the pizza! Spa is great. Had 2 massages and both great. "
