“My 5th stay in Casa Mia and it never disappoints. Secure place to stay with well fitted rooms and helpful staff. Excellent food. The staff are helpful and the location convenient to downtown Blantyre. Secure parking.”

“PLEASE go elsewhere if you have the choice. Poor room service, the restaurant does not have a good decent menu. However, the people working at the hotel are kind and try their best with the limited tools and training they have been empowered with.There is no shuttle service attached to the hotel. You need to make personal arrangements or pay for a taxi.”

“Breakfast - There needs to be improvements on the selection and quantities. One of the days went to breakfast and they literally said a certain goof was finished and it would take 45 minutes to make it . Cleanliness - The corridors had damp smell. One of the days they had an air humidifier in the corridor which sorta helped. But in the room the aircon had a funny sound and air wasn’t fresh. ”
