"Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. The room we stayed in was dated but comfortable with tea/coffee/water etc. There is a nearby complex with a supermarket, bars, restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly apart from in the main restaurant which was really strange! Breakfast overall was pretty poor, it wasn’t just the service that let it down. "

"I'd recommend that one bring a travel adapter. The hotel uses the 3 circular pin-style plugs. Although they have adapters, I couldn't get one when I arrived, as they had run out. Otherwise, it's along a main road, which is well-lit at night and pretty busy with people waiting for public transport even at 10 pm, so it felt safe. There are not many food options beyond 10 PM other than a bakery (Bakers Inn) at a fuel station 3 minutes away."
