“I stayed in the property during November a very quite time not many people was there. The service from the property manager we have got was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful during the whole trip,he did his best with any help we were looking for. if we go to puri back again i will definitely stay at the place where he is. general service of the other stuff was average they need to improve a bit more about the service with a smile.”

“We were the only "European" tourists staying in the hotel but were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and while relatively expensive compared to some of the local restaurants still very good value. Only down side is that if they have a wedding etc on it can be noisy in the garden rooms and the pool/pool area can be out of use.”
