We loved Palau, it was an amazing experience, but the hotel almost ruined it. It was terribly disappointing. The staff were often very rude to us, and we were nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING! "PPR is in a quiet "suburban" location, a fair way from Main St. A car, or pick up service (from restaurants/activity provider) is required. Staff were fantastic - super helpful. Made lots of bookings for us and promptly sorted out a problem with our room's aircon. Breakfast is filling and fairly priced compared to getting it at a local cafe."

"Very clean basic hotel. Friendly staff. Good location in town close to restaurants. ( Tori Tori Japanese, Canoe House for salads, fresh fish and pizza, and Suriyotha for Thai food. The downside was the breakfast, which caters to the largely (90%) Asian clientele: noodles, salad with Russian dressing, white bread toast, corn flakes. Very little fruit, and the juice is like Tang. But this hotel is recommended if you want a clean, no frills place. "

Airport transfer available for $22 USD each way in a comfortable mini bus. Fantastic central location only 5 minutes walk to Canoe Club, shops, restaurants. Museums and local bus close by.
