“This was the one of the best hotel stay’s that I have ever had. The concierge and front desk personnel were extremely kind and helpful. Also the location of the hotel was amazing, we were a 3 min walk from the cable car that goes into the city center. The hotel is right on the beach which is so convenient. “Reception staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful with great customer service skills. Hotel was very nice, clean and modern with a rooftop bar. Like many other hotels in Taormina the hotel is located on a hill. While I would certainly stay at the hotel again, parking unfortunately was a nightmare. There is a parkade adjacent to the hotel and unfortunately it was full. Had to shuttle to the hotel after I found a spot a significant distance away.”
