Rooms are not big and are not luxury but have everything you need: good furniture, comfy bed, fridge, kettle, tv with international channels. Wifi was slow. Walls have nice colors. "Exceptional service with a smile from being picked up at the airport to being dropped back 5 days later. The manager came and spoke to us almost every day. The food was excellent and the setting is gorgeous with a view from the check in desk to the pool and the beach. Staff were very knowledgeable about the local area and there are tuk tuk at the front entrance to take you exploring. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel, right on the beach. This place has so many plus points that it should be getting a totally positive review. However, there are some areas that need addressing by Management, and I have posted a much more detailed review on Expedia. Based on its location and décor this hotel should be a top tier Ngapali Hotel. It is stunning and peaceful. Main issues are Reception staff; general poor English language skills. Lack of visible General Management with the only 'visible'...
