A ride from and to the airport, milk & eggs in the refrigerator, a car and so many other amenities. Everyone on the island knows the hosts and everywhere you go everyone on the island is willing to help. What a great Vrbo experience!!! "We headed to Grand Turk to get our kids scuba certified with Blue Water Divers. Cactus House was the perfect home base for our stay. The house is newly renovated and situated on a ridge with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The outdoor patio is an amazing place to take it all in. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well appointed, with everything we needed to enjoy our down time when not scuba diving, visiting Governor's beach or the many wonderful restaurants. We loved the vibe and culture of the island and found the locals to be extremely welcoming and friendly. Communicating with our host Khrys was not only seamless but a pleasure. We would highly recommend Cactus House. It's no wonder the owner's chose to make this special place their seasonal home!"

"This is a beautiful house on an incredible stretch of beach, with a great kitchen and a golf cart drive away from all the fun spots on Grand Turk. Highly recommend! "

"The location of this condo was perfect for us. It’s out of the way but with the island so small nothing is more than 10-15 minutes away. The condo was clean and our host was friendly and always responsive. The a/c is in the bedroom and works great for sleeping. We had no issues as the condo cools down in the evenings with the windows open. All appliances worked great and the gazebo was peaceful in the mornings. "

"We stayed at the Last Resort in Feb, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Cathy was always easy to reach, and she not only picked us up at the airport but made sure we had a rental golf cart waiting for us. She gave us ample advice on logistics, including getting to Salt Cay and getting groceries/supplies.The house is beautifully restored and furnished and clearly taken care of with love. The pictures in the postings do not do it justice, as there are many more finishing touches and decorations than pictured. No A/C necessary, as the tropical breezes and fans keep the house quite comfortable. The kitchen has all the appliances and pots/pans/utensils you need, but we definitely recommend bringing fresh produce from Grand Turk/Provo or ordering in advance from the local grocer. The upper deck provides lovely views of the island and ocean on all sides. Although hot water in the bathroom was not working while we were there, Cathy made sure we had an alternative place for hot showers just around the corner (and honestly, the cool showers were not bad in the tropical climate).The island is very small and safe, so you quickly meet the locals (and friendly donkeys) and soak up the laid back vibe. We recommend a golf cart for convenience, making for quick trips to the dive shop/cafe, general store, Willy's bar, or for exploring the island's beautiful beaches and stark landscapes (bikes are provided at the house too). We would go back in a heartbeat!"
