“This is a great property! The house is in perfect condition and fully stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed (including sharp knives which is rare in a rental). They have beach chairs and games available for use. The location, while a little further out, is exactly what we wanted. I wanted a place away from the crowd and we got it. The view is just glorious, and the beach was superb. Easy to get to from the airport, and easy to get to local attractions like cherokee sound, petes pub and the neem farm. “This is an absolutely lovely place. It’s like staying at your own resort. The gardens are beautiful and you can access the ocean via the harbour side on the dock or the flats behind the tennis courts. Lots of fishing – we enjoyed a few different kinds of snapper for dinners. We’ve played pickle ball and used the kayaks a ton! Went out for a day on the tennis court side with the kayaks and saw the blue hole, counted 100+ sea stars on our way and too many sea turtles to count. We swam off the……

“Chad's place is great for a getaway. Close to the beach (which is spectacular and not a soul on it) and close to bonefishing for my husband. Has everything you need and very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Get Debbie B to deliver dinner, outstanding food. It's set behind another house so not right on the beach but still a great place to hang out.”
