" A localização é boa, cerca de 15 minutos a pé da Plaza de Armas, um pouco na subida, com ruas tranquilas próximas e fácil de parar o carro (caso alugue um). No geral o hotel é bem arrumado. Há algumas lojinhas ao lado onde se pode comprar um pouco de tudo. A cama é confortável, o espaço do quarto e banheiro são razoáveis, o atendimento é bom e os funcionários bem solícitos, o café da manhã também é bom (iogurte, frutas, pães, café, sucos, frios). "The staff is very attentive, simple and always willing to serve. Reception should be though more warm and welcoming. It seems they work under some pressure. They should be trained to make the Balneário more welcoming. This is not a reprimand, but only a suggestion for management to improve the place. "

"The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."
