"Loved the hotel, staff and facilities however the AC was broken and stuck on cold throughout hotel so we were either freezing or got hot when we turned it off. As it was a long weekend they couldn’t get it fixed. "

"The staff at the valet and the desk were so wonderful, wasn't entirely fond of the attitude from the man making the omelettes at breakfast though, but I shrugged that off. The rest of the stay was incredible! So I signed up as a member! Xx"

"This is a really centrally located hotel. Rundle Mall is easily accessed via the alley just beside the hotel or through one of the arcades on the block. The bus to and from the airport also stops just a short walk from the hotel on Glenfell Street. It was also a close walk to Hindlay Street (which felt quite dodgy) and the east end of Rundle Street (which had a Lygon Street, Melbourne vibe). The rooms are your standard Ibis fare. I had a good stay at the Ibis and even requested a room change which was honoured very graciously. The downsides are easily fixed. The corridors feel a bit dated because of the carpets but the rooms on the other hand are really clean and modern. Also, when I checked in the reception lights weren't all on which gave the place bit of a dingy feeling. The $200 refundable deposit when I checked in caught me off guard and was surprising but I guess that's just hotel policy. That said, I probably will stay here again if I travel to Adelaide. "
