“This was by far the best vacation we've ever experienced. The resort is phenomenal. The staff are friendly and top notch. The amenities and activities are fun. The beach and pool venues are awesome. The five restaurants are so good we stayed all week. We only left for one hike. I would recommend the villas with the private plunge pool which was so luxurious. We didn't want to leave. Breakfast was my favorite ever with so many choices of fresh fruit, omelettes, breads, even different healthy……

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“Don’t try to order food to your room, it won’t come. Drinks are fine, food is fine. Rooms are dated, and it shows. The shower doesn’t drain. We went here for our honeymoon. The scenery is beautiful! Outside of the room, the grounds are kept up nicely, with lush green plants, flowers and palm trees. Some of the bartenders and food trucks people get a little cranky at times, but I don’t blame them because it’s a million degrees. If you have fair skin or are from the north of the globe, bring……

“The best trip ever definitely better than a cruise. The Japanese restaurant really need to change chair as my husband fell out the chair due to been too loose. A few of our guest had to change chairs.”

“This place was super lovely. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The beach is right at your door step and they have kayaks for you to use. There is a restaurant on site with pretty good food. It is far from the main airport and there is nothing walkable but they are super helpful is getting a car for you that will usually wait to bring you back. The cars aren’t cheap but a small price to pay to be right on the beach and have it not cost a fortune. They will also help you plan any day trips……

If you are the party type, I would probably find a different resort. If you want incredible food, good drinks, beautiful landscape, and infinite snorkeling, this is the place to go. 10/10”

“The hotel was overpriced and the room was not in good condition. The shower took a long time to figure out and it was difficult to navigate the hotel up and down the stairs, with poor signage. I do not recommend this hotel.”

“Unfortunately this property should be labeled as a hotel, not a resort. Needs major upgrade and more amenities. The meals/buffet was wayyy too much money for what was being served. I won’t be visiting again.”
