We had an amazing time at The BodyHoliday, it exceeded all of my expectations. The staff on the whole are great, very friendly and forthcoming. It’s a testament to The BodyHoliday that so many guests are returning multiple times… nearly everyone I spoke to had been at least a few times before, and I’m looking forward to returning myself!

The size of the resort was perfect to get around. All the classes were great and the instructors were awesome. The staff was outstanding!in every area! The food was good. I wish the birds weren't all over the tables in the restaurant and the flies were in the buffet area at times.

Excellent food! Excellent staff it was everything! I highly recommend a helicopter or boat transfer because the up and down through the peaks is hard and it's 90min-2hrs. Thank me later. Other than that it was awesome and you are right near the gros islet street party!

The resort is amazing. From the time we entered we were greeted. Offered a cold beverage and a cold towel to wipe our hands and face. The room, I requested an ocean front room. Let me tell you. Words can not express the depth of how amazing the view from our room was. Completely breathtaking.

Outstanding hotel. We had a fabulous time. The staff are so polite and welcoming, there is so much to do on site and tours to explore elsewhere too. A great place to try new things, as well as relax and switch off. Plus the daily spa treatment was fantastic!
