We recently stayed at Coco Palm in St. Lucia and overall it was a good experience. The property felt family-friendly and safe, and the staff were warm and welcoming. That said, there are a few areas needing attention. The rooms would benefit from upgraded beds, as the current ones weren’t very comfortable, and the double beds felt a bit small. The bathroom could use a facelift, and it would be helpful to have a proper space to safely boil water, especially for families. The air conditioning could also be stronger. Breakfast options were tasty but repetitive. More variety throughout the week and more healthy choices would make a big difference.
It would also be great if the fruit was consistently stocked, since that’s something guests look forward to in St. Lucia. Given the price point, we found it worth it, but with those improvements, it could be a much better stay. We’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars. Might I add the location is perfect! Near the beach, bank, grocery store, lounges -!: restaurants.
