“第三次入住该酒店，整体条件还不错，就是床垫大软，厕所有小蚂蚁，上厕所的时候还被咬了一下”

“Disfrutamos mucho en familia. Excelente ubicación a pasos del mar, excelente vista a la playa, lindo despertar con el sonido del mar. Personal amable, cooperativo y lugar agradable. Zona segura. Transporte cercano, tiendas varias alrededor. Habitación acogedora, con todo lo necesario para preparar alimentos, tener una estadía placentera. Lo recomiendo! ”

“The hotel is clean with good location,but the service is terrible.Even I hang the sign"do not disturb" on the door, the girls still enter and clean the room,finally I missed $10000Peso from my wallet(on the desk) when I back!!!!!! The most upset thing is that there is no any response from the hotel after clearing the details with the lady in front desk who told me will report to manager and check the security. finally give nothing to me even without any "sorry"”

“el aseo no fue realizado por el personal a cargo,recomiendo mejor mantencion a los ascensores(lentos y no habia datos de mantencion)”

“Buen hotel, cercano a la playa, centro, etc.excelente ubicación. Servicios adecuados, lo único por mejorar es la entrega de artículos de tocador (un solo juego, y no para cada uno de los pasajeros)”
