“Very clean and comfortable, has everything you need to cook and eat in, nice hot shower! The area is within walking to eateries and grocery stores. The life bed is perfect for a single active person or young couple on a traveling budget! Great air conditioner and full size fridge”

“The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com I had……

“My room didn’t look like the listing at all; we got the totally different one (room 11) which was a dark ground-floor corner room with no view and very little natural light. Because it received almost no sunlight, I had to keep the lights on throughout the day. The room felt enclosed and somewhat gloomy. The listing was extremely misleading!”
