"The building & rooms are a little dated. Some maintenance is definitely required. Our room was spacious, but had a badly scratched floor & missing panel on the vanity in the bathroom. The staff were wonderful & always helpful. A nice bonus to have a complimentary bus into town that you booked the night before. No lifts, but the staff helped with our cases so it wasn’t a problem."

"We stayed here for 4 nights and upon arrival the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room. I asked about it right away and they told me the mechanic would come by to fix it. He never did. I inquired again the next day and they said he would come by the evening. He didn’t. I asked every day for the entire 4 days of our stay and we’re ensured he was coming to fix it and he never did. "We rented a car from Athens and drove to Kalabaka to see the monasteries of Meteora. This hotel was perfect for our one night stay- the staff was great, the room was clean, quiet, & comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The drive to the monasteries was shortt, and we were so glad we took the trip there! So amazing!"
