"This is a beautiful and reasonably priced vacation for any couple looking to get away for a few days and enjoy a clean, small one bedroom cottage with a lovely view of Seneca lake. Maryanne thinks of everything when you arrive with a full kitchen and all the info you need to find local eateries, wineries and excursions. We would definitely stay again. 10 of 10."

"This is 4 our family's second time to stay. This year we were here for our daughters wedding nearby. We hosted the the reception (small group of 20). There was ample room in the kitchen for all family to help make food. Beautiful setting, plenty of room. Pauline is a wonderful and helpful hostess!"

"We stayed here with another family and had a great time! Loved the location of the home. It felt private, and was close to a lot of things! Over all the house fit our needs. It was roomy, and the beds were comfy. Its a well loved home, could use a little upgrades outside, but it was really perfect for what we needed. We brought our dogs and having the upper deck all fenced in was great! Appliances were brand new, and we also loved the use of the kayaks and large dock! Watching the sunrise and...

"April off season Family getaway with child and dog. Clean and great location. Kayaks and fire pit and enough space for the dog to walk around. Coffee maker still doesn’t work but keruig does. Close to hiking wineries and restaurants. Would 100% recommend for families or friend trips. Loved our stay! "
