“Very friendly hosts at a charming nook in the Finger Lakes region. The breakfasts were very tasty (and filling!), the property was beautiful, and there is access to several fun hikes and outdoor activities. If you're looking for a fast-paced location with lots to do, this might not be for you. However, if you're looking for a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is perfect.”

“House was huge and had plenty of room for a big group. It had a nice outdoor space and the room with the bar and ping pong table was great. The house was clean and stocked with soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels. There were plenty of yard games to choose from as well. TVs were large and equipped with Roku. The biggest dissapointment was the kitchen. It was small and many of the appliances were quite old. The dishwasher barely worked. We also had a hard time finding equipment we needed. ……

“Wonderful property! We loved having a view of the lake from the front porch swing, the spaciousness of the house, grilling in the back and also having our dog with us! Easy drive to fun sights in the area and wineries. Dumplings up the road were also outstanding! Excellent value, super thankful.”

“The property itself was very nice, We did not appreciate the difficulty of getting in. It took over an hour in rain to get the door open. The combination lock did not work and it took 3 phone calls to finally learn where there was a lock box in the back with a key.”

Our host was very responsive and even messaged us the night before to let us know we could check in any time the next day. It was a great jump off spot for Keuka and Seneca Lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the complimentary bottle of wine was such a warm welcome. We made good use of the patio and grill and indoor fireplace.
