"this was an amazing property. Each and everyone of the staff was fantastic from the bellman who helped w our luggage and car when we arrived a bit frazzled, to the front desk personnel who helped w a prompt check in and who answered our question daily about where to dine and so forth. Savy and Sergio at the bar were so kind and fun! We will return next year for sure! "

"A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"

A little slice of Heaven
"Stayed 3 nights at the Du lac et De Parc in April. Hotel is amazing- one of my favourite locations, in beautiful grounds situated right on the bank on Lac Garda in Riva. Great base to spend time and explore from. Breakfast was a great spread catering for all and dinner in the Bistro suited us perfectly- all with excellent service. Outside pool was heated and just perf For me in April! "
