"The hotel itself if modern and clean. The customer service from management, unfortunately, was abysmal and incoherent. The hotel offers no parking, but invites guests to park their cars on the sidewalk in front. Unfortunately, this led to my car (and at least one other guest’s) getting towed on the day we were due to fly out. Management was hostile and kept trying to nickle and dime us when we sought to have them reimburse the fines and costs. In the end, the manager refused to come on-site and told us over the phone that they would reimburse up to 50%. Terrible from a customer experience point of view. What could have been an opportunity to make something right and instead led to a shouting match in the lobby and out refusal to ever go back. The restaurant staff were awesome. "
