"We stayed for four weeks in January 2014\. Our experience was mainly positive. It started upon arrival when we saw the bougainvilla paint the outside wall in purple flowers. The walled garden housed a variety of birds such as various types of doves, the splendid sunbird and the beautiful sunbird and two types of flycatchers. We even spotted a Klaas' Cuckoo and a woodpecker here once. The rooms were spacious, the beds aren't perfect but no worse than an average hotel. We also enjoyed the...

"We stayed in a ground floor apartment with direct pool access ,which had plenty of room. It was kept really clean by the fabulous staff three times during our ten night stay.The furnishings did not quite live up to the pictures ,as things were showing quite a lot of wear and tear ,but overall it was comfortable enough. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower and always had plenty of hot water, with very good pressure. WiFi didn't work at first,but this was soon rectified by the staff,and was really good and could easily be accessed around the pool area as well. The pool was excellent, very big and cleaned scrupulously every day. Sun loungers were very comfortable, although not always enough of them. The location of the apartment was spot- on,right at one end of the strip,within easy walking distance of many bars,restaurants and the beach."

"Room was spotless, fully equipt with everything you could need. Quick assistance with safe (which is free) and arrival bottle water which wasnt in the room. Morning sun and afternoon shade on balcony. Insect layer to sliding doors meaning you could still let air in the room. Great aircon in room. Pool is freezing but still usable due to warm temperatures outside. Felt safe and secure. Would visit again and was a fabulous stay. "
