"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "

"Enjoyed our stay at the manor hotel - staff were very nice and welcoming, room was great with a Mountain View- breakfast was superb- great facilities - gym , small swimming pool , hot tub , steam and sauna room - would stay here again ."

We were put in a top floor room on a very hot day despite being told that the hotel was quiet so they could have found a cooler room for us. The staff were not concerned about our comfort. "Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill you can hear the thumping when in the hot tub. Not very relaxing"
