Nice, clean, fairly new, and convient property. We arrived in the afternoon, so i assume they werent as staffed as they would be peak hours. The lodge staff member helping the family ahead of us was awesome and gave a wealth of knowlege about the area and resort. Thankfully i listened to their group as i waited over 15mins in line that was only us and them until our staff member came and assisted us. She gave us nothing for info and really had short answers for our queations like she was ready to go home or an inconvenience.
Property is nice but i dont think the web sites convey enough how big the property is. There must be 100 condos on this small side of a hill with each having 6-12 units in them. Parking is pleantiful but every space fills by evening. I also would have liked to have been able to pick or have an option of where our accommodations were. There are buildings to stay at the base of the hill - and there are places to stay at the top that have great views! Ours was by the road and noisy most of the night. I will warn it is a STEEP drive up and be sure you have good breaks to drive down.
3 pools besides the waterpark all of which are quite small.
House was nice and clean and lovley bedding and wonderful big heavy pillows!
BIGGEST surprise was the added $30 night resort fee. It is at the bottom of expedia mentioned when i went back but you might miss that. I asked whats it for, staff saidforselfparkingREALLY
