"職員好nice，需要幫助時有適切回應。不過房間設施比想像中少，沒有熱水煲、洗手液或肥皂、面巾。三人房張單人床出乎意外竟然係衣櫃裡，感覺麻麻地，感覺好似瞓在衣櫃裡。。。。以及售賣機只能收硬幣，不能收卡或紙幣，比較落伍呢，亦增添房客麻煩呢！"
