Property Description  
Lake Dillon Condominiums 105 is a fully updated, beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps 4\. Well-designed decor with Colorado mountain charm. A blend of modern and vintage furniture. A clever wall with barn doors and shutters separates the Primary Bedroom king bed from the 2 twin trundle and sitting room area. The kitchen features stainless appliances, regular drip coffee maker and slab granite countertops plus a dining table for 4\. The wood fireplace in the living room adds to the warm charm of this first floor unit. Free WiFi, leather furniture and flatscreen with cable in living room. Patio opens onto lawn, lake and park for summer play or winter snow fun.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.  
\~ King, 2 Twins in Trundle, flatscreen in primary bedroom. Shutters and barn doors close for seclusion.  
\~ Queen Sofabed in living room.

Parking  
2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided in the unit. Hang from rear-view mirror.   
  
Amenities  
Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.  
  
Location  
In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to the Coffee Lab. Pug Ryans brewpub, restaurants and bars at either the Dillon Ridge Shopping Center or in the Dillon Core and bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon from Jan-Mar.  
  
Less than 5 minutes walk or drive to City Market supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.  
  
In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your patio. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path that has 55 miles of paved path and is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

First the few negatives... - bathroom in was a little backed up - common areas of the property could use a little more maintenance - Beds were about a 6/10\. - front bedroom/daybed gets cold. Fortunately there is a pull out sofa. Other than that, we absolutely loved this condo. As short term rental hosts ourselves, we appreciated so many small details provided by the host. Things like: - wood burning stove - record player with many albums - incredibly decorated (10/10) - the view across the lake was amazing. One of the best views you’ll ever see. - nicely stocked kitchen (9/10) We could go on but the best compliment we can give is we would actually come back here and Look to stay in THIS unit again. Thanks!

The view from condo is breathtaking! Condo had all we needed and was very cozy. Perfect for two! Only issues were the bedroom ceiling fan was covered in dust and baseboard heating was open.

#### Clean, comfortable and centrally located!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dillon Ski Condo. It was recently renovated and the decor was charming. The kitchen was fully stocked and the condo was spotless. We loved the location - beautiful views of the lake and mountains - as well as the wood burning fireplace after a long day on the mountain. It was a great starting point for both Keystone and Vail. Would definitely stay here again.

#### Most impressive view in all of Colorado! Water and Mountains together!

Stunning view! Amazingly cozy condo with the best decor you imagine! Everything you need is there. We were very impressed. Summit Resort Management was wonderful and helpful as well. We just couldn't get enough of that view! Vail and Breckenridge are just minutes away! Yet, we loved Lake Dillon more and we certainly LOVED Copper Mountain for the skiing, snowboarding, snow-tubing, and other activities...it was just minutes away too! Great location...no, BEST location - hands down! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable time for our family!
