Property Description Lake Dillon Condominiums 111 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo featuring slab granite counters in kitchen and baths, wood floors, flatscreens throughout and a wonderful covered patio. Sleeps 4\. Walk out to the lawn for play or snow fun or hop on the Summit County Recreation path and stroll the lakeshore of Lake Dillon. Stunning lake and mountain views. Comfortable living room features a flatscreen and gas fireplace. Granite dining bar seats 4\. Free WiFi and cable. The patio furniture seats 6. Bedding Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen. \~ 2 Queens, desk, flatscreen, private bath in master \~ Queen Sofabed in living room uses the full hall bath. Parking 2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror. Amenities Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use. Location Great central location with easy access to I-70\. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
