“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“Such friendly, helpful staff. They were 'over and above ' with their service and assistance.
Lovely spacious apartments and facilities. Very very close to Matar hospitals..a two minute walk.
Apartments were amazing with lovely big balconies, and decent sized en suite..
Only thing missing... A restaurant.
Would definitely stay there again.”
